Roger Emms – Paintings from Grenada

A publication for British artist Roger Emms, featuring a curated selection of his paintings from 2021 – 2022. As the name of the book suggests, the artwork was created while Roger was living in the Caribbean island of Grenada.

The reddy colour palette was chosen to hints at Grenada’s nickname; ‘the spice isle’, which it was given because of its impressive production of nutmeg, mace, cinnamon, ginger and cloves.
